Rising Sun Bistro was a quaint fish and steak house in small-town Montana that went under in 2020. The goal of this project was to revitalize and rebrand the failed business. In an attempt to draw a younger crowd, the final product is a poké food truck with an urban inspired brand and a merchandise line inspired by fashion trends.
